Commitments
In the frame of long-term, ESCO type cooperation, the upgraded system taken over from the owner is operated by Dalkia Energia. Thereby, the company undertakes the following tasks, which are to be included in the contract:
- it provides the quantities of energy required for the operation of the facility, with appropriate characteristics and performance;
- it provides the resources and staff that is necessary for the operation of the system;
- it performs the maintenance of the system, including fault prevention and tests;
- it respects the fire protection, work safety and environment protection regulations;
- oversees the system documentation (technical logs, measurement records etc.);
- makes proposals for energy saving investments;
- guarantees optimal management and use of energy.
Calculating the capacity required for the operation of the systems and reserving such capacities at the public service providers are also the task of Dalkia Energia.
Depending on the type of the facility, the liquidated damages undertaken for service interruptions and indemnity play a very important role. The customer has the choice to determine the wished level of security of the services.
Dalkia Energia takes over the whole or a part of the staff having previously operated the facility, and provides for their further employment and training. |
