5.3 Corporate Policy
Quality and reliability are the key principles of Dalkia Energia Zrt., which are respected throughout the operation of the company as a whole. We are committed to fully satisfying our customer’s needs and expectations and meeting environmental expectations and requirements, and preserving our position of being the best energy services suppliers in Hungary.
In the interest of this, we operate an efficient and cost-effective quality management and environmental management system that warrants the permanent high quality of our energy services, their ongoing development, as well as high performance in the area of environmental protection. To adapt to changes and achieve customer satisfaction, we increase our competitiveness by cost-efficient operation.
In order to further this, we operate a quality and environmental management system conforming to standards ISO 9001:2000 (MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001) and ISO 14001:2004 (MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005).
In order to achieve our objectives, within our management we have set up a quality and environmental management organization responsible for the ongoing operation and improvement of our integrated system. In the interest of this, we give priority to the following tasks:
- We make sure that laws, regulations and rules related to the environmental impact of our activity are monitored and observed at all times.
- We wish to establish a long-term association relationship with suppliers and subcontractors that accept the objectives and expectations of our company.
- We take any and all action that is technically and financially feasible to prevent environmental pollution, and regularly check the contaminants emitted under normal circumstances.
- We make efforts to reduce the specific resource consumption of operations, and are committed to improving our environmental performance and environmental management system on a continuous basis.
- In the interest of achieving our objectives, all levels of our management support and require the ongoing training and self-education of our staff members. In the provision of services, the company regards its image based on permanent availability, the way and quality of availability as a strategic challenge for its long-term success.
- We expect all our employees to further our continued success through their skills, expertise and responsible work.
